Personalized Birthdate Plaque
Each personalized birthdate plaque is hand painted on a piece of wood that measures 9" wide x 7" tall (the overall height with the wire attached is about 10 inches). The girl birthdate plaques are painted in shades of pink and white with a matching pink bow. The boy birthdate plaques are painted in shades of medium blue and white with a matching blue bow. The personal information on each plaque includes the baby's name, date of birth, weight and length. The time of birth can also be included upon request. |
